We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information at any time, including after an order has been submitted. Prices are in USD and exclude shipping fees, insurance, duties, or applicable taxes.

An order is considered confirmed only after verification by phone or written email confirmation from our office. 4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full before shipment. Approved wholesale clients may be offered extended terms (e.g., Net 30). All overdue accounts are subject to interest charges and collection costs.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United States and internationally where permitted. All shipping costs, duties, taxes, and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise specified. Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Apex Diamonds USA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of wholesale transactions, all sales are final. Returns are only accepted for items proven defective or damaged upon receipt, and must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Custom, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry is non-returnable.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, text, and content on the Site are the property of Apex Diamonds USA and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without prior written consent.

8. User Submissions

By submitting reviews, testimonials, or images, you grant Apex Diamonds USA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for marketing purposes.
